Patch to update WinFlow versions 4.0.6, 4.0.7, 4.0.9, 4.0.9g1, 4.0.9g2, 4.0.9g3, and 4.0.9e

This update corrects problems concerning saving flowcharts when Attribute Palette's were open, and a proper display of WingDing fonts.
